2016 Grade 0 Graduation
On Friday 25th November 2016 we had our end of year concert for the little ones. It ended with a small ceremony for the children that graduated from Grade 0.
Our children showed not only their singing and poetry skills but also they did a small karate demonstration with their Sensei Wandile. Their performance was outstanding and we were so proud of them.
After the ceremony and concert we hosted a small party for the little ones that was most enjoyable.
Well done to all our graduates!
2016 Grade 7 Leavers’ Party

Mrs Farrell, Miss Maria and Sebastian enjoying the festivities!
On Friday, 18 November, we celebrated the Grade 7s final day at The Little School. The event took place in the school hall. The Grade 6s, led by Teacher Edlyn, hosted the party. Teacher Edlyn was assisted in her endeavours by Madame Theodette, who cooked some delicious dishes, Teachers Margaret, Babra, Nester, Thabsile and Nicholas who braaied the meat. Our secretary, Aunty Khanyisile, was there to lend a hand wherever needed. Miss Maria, Mrs Morais, and Aunty Khanyisile, together with Teacher Edlyn, were able to find the appropriate Events Coordinator; all contributed towards making this a successful and enjoyable afternoon. Mrs Farrell provided invaluable advice and other assistance.
The guests of the party, the Grade 7s, looked beautiful (the girls) and handsome(the boys)! They had a wonderful time! Apart from the great music supplied by the DJ, there were prizes and speeches.
PRIZES:

The Grade 7 teachers, Teacher Simoline and Mr Motsi, addressed the students, encouraging them with some very pertinent and wise words.
Thank you, everyone mentioned above, and the remaining staff, who all contributed in making this a successful and fun event.
We wish our Grade 7s every success as they enter a new phase of life, High School!
